Omelete has posted two new exclu­sive The Dark Knight movie banners.

Cin­e­mat­i­cal has posted a gallery of pic­tures from the Cannes film fes­ti­val. Appar­ently a bunch of adver­tise­ments for The Dark Knight showed up part-way through. (Here is a link to their blog post about it too.)

Batman-On-Film have posted an exclu­sive new one sheet poster in the style of the two lat­est posters, though this time show­ing off the Joker. Judg­ing by the URL at the bot­tom of it, seems to have come from a source in the UK.

Super­hero Hype have posted some images of pro­mo­tional card­board you are likely to see in your local movie the­ater in the com­ing month. It’s the cut-out ver­sion of the bat-pod poster:

/Film just got an exclu­sive pack­age of 40 high res­o­lu­tion images sent their way by reader KillingJoke — 30mb of them. These include lots of Aaron Eck­hart, Mag­gie Gyl­len­haal, Chris­t­ian Bale, Mor­gan Free­man, Heath Ledger and Chris Nolan close-ups. What’s most inter­est­ing are the pic­tures that show the film­ing of The Dark Knight.

This set appears to be for press usage, most likely for the plethora of press arti­cles we will be see­ing in the com­ing months. Some of the shots we have seen before, but maybe not at this res­o­lu­tion. No real spoil­ers in these shots either:

A fairly large and detailed image has begun cir­cu­la­tion around the inter­net, claim­ing to be Two Face, as we shall see him in The Dark Knight. This image has the poten­tial to be spoi­lerific and it is also quite graphic, hence it is included after the break…

Analy­sis: The detail on this is astound­ing — enough to sug­gest that it is not a fake. It also looks like some sort of noise pho­to­shop fil­ter has been applied over the top — much like the leaked joker pic­tures we saw last month.

Here are an incred­i­bly fine selec­tion of high-resolution, in-focus images from the most recent Dark Knight trailer. They fea­ture close ups of The Joker, Bat­man, Bruce Wayne, Har­vey Dent and Rachel Dawes and most impor­tantly — that quick glimpse of Two-Face! They are all at the res­o­lu­tion of 1920x817 pix­els — per­fect for a widescreen wall­pa­per. The Two Face image is the very last one (and a smaller ver­sion is included after the break — hid­den to save on spoilers!)
